Before and during the Building project we provide for each our customer with:

• To provide detailed plans & schedules of the work to be done.

• To strictly follow the Building Regulations.

• We treat our clients’ homes with the respect they deserve.

• Our friendly and professional staff will look after you and your project for the whole duration from plans till the last spotlight to be fixed.

• References are available upon request.

• We also have comprehensive insurance cover (See below) so, in the unlikely event of anything going wrong, you are fully covered for your own peace of mind.

Insurance

We carry insurance covering:

£10,000,000 Employers Liability
£2,000,000 Public Liability

This means that both you and your property and our employees are properly covered. A copy of the certificate will be provided before works commence. If you require additional or alternative insurance, this can be arranged at cost, subject to availability.

Our pricing

Quotations are prepared at a fixed price. Any likely or potential extras will be specified.

Where the entire scope of the work is not possible to judge at first sight, a full site inspection will be required to enable a fixed price to be provided. This work usually involves exposing areas and is often chargeable.

Quotations inevitably take time and can cost us money as we are bound by them. We therefore calculate our costs very carefully. This means that if you should ask us to do extra work then it is likely to cost extra money.

Small projects - refurbishments and small conversions or extensions

For smaller projects where appropriate details are available, such as an architect's plans or engineer's specifications, it is our policy to return with an estimate via email within 48hrs. If the estimate is accepted, a more detailed quotation will be prepared.

Large projects - extensive conversions or extensions

For larger projects we will initially give you an estimate based on our experience of similar jobs. You will come back to us, we hope, for clarification. Once the job is fully specified, including any planning and design issues, we can then prepare a full quotation.
